Norwich University's online Master of Science in Business Continuity Management program was created to develop leaders in the field of business continuity. The program serves as a gateway into the profession for those new to the field, and rounds out and deepens the understanding of those with experience in the field. You will graduate with a thorough understanding of the business, governance, policy, and management issues that are the foundation for effective solutions to current and emerging business continuity threats, and will develop the skills necessary to communicate those issues to other leaders in your organization. You will also finish with an academic credential that distinguishes you within the profession.

Designed for busy working professionals, the coursework focuses on the integration of business continuity principles and technology with the business problems and opportunities of the real world - your own workplace. Graduates are prepared to assume professional management responsibilities such as those of Chief Security Officers, Business Continuity Analyst and Chief Risk Management Officer. The unique curriculum, structure and online delivery are combined to allow you to:
  • Complete the program online without interrupting your personal or professional life
  • Engage in active discussion with colleagues and instructors in the profession
  • Earn your degree in as few as 15 months
  • Experience a learning model that combines relevant theory with real-world application for immediate results
  • Learn from an institution whose core values – challenge, rigor, structure and discipline – derive from the influence of a long and proud military history
